PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Secure payment by card (through Redsys)
Traditional payment by debit or credit card, using the most common payment platform in Spain: RedSys.
By selecting this payment method, once you confirm the order, you will be redirected to Redsys secure payment platform to enter your card details and proceed to verify the payment according to your bank's system (code by sms, card coordinates, app verification, etc.).
PayPal (debit/credit card, bank charge, among others. Not always available)
When you select this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal in the next step.
You can pay using your PayPal account (you will need to log in) or pay by credit card by pressing the gray "Pay by credit card" button at the bottom.
When the payment is completed, you will be automatically returned to our page to finalize the order.
Bank transfer (not always available)
The order will not be shipped until we receive the bank transfer receipt.
Please specify your order number on the transfer concept/subject.
Once the transfer is done, please send the receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can start processing your order as soon as posible.
In case you don't, the total delivery time will increase as we will have to wait until the transfer takes effect and we are notified by the bank (1 to 2 working days).

The delivery time for Spain is 48 / 72h (Shipping via TIPSA and DHL).
The delivery time for Andorra and Portugal is 4-5 working days (sent via Spanish Post).
The approximate delivery time for the rest of Europe is 7-14 working days. Pompeia Life is not responsible for delays generated by the destination country postal company.
The approximate delivery time for the rest of the world is 20-30 working days (sent via Spanish Post). The client is responsible for the taxes or customs expenses that may be generated. Pompeia Life is not responsible for delays generated by the destination country postal company.
If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the delivery time will increase as we will have to wait until the transfer takes effect and we are notified by the bank (2 working days minimum).
Delivery times can be altered by high demand periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) and extraordinary incidents, such as extreme weather events, strikes, etc.
If the product requested by the customer is out of stock at that time, Pompeia Life will email the customer to notify them about it and offer them a new delivery time. If not interested, the customer can cancel the purchase.
In any case, the customer does not have any right to claim for a compensation due to a delivery delay.
Delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00 (CEST). We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Our order processing hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 12:00 (CEST). Orders placed after 12:00 are processed on the next day. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed on the next working day.
Withdrawal, refund and return policy
Pompeia Life offers the possibility of returning your order in the first 14 days after receiving it, and you will be refunded 100% of the purchase amount (this does NOT include shipping costs)
Once the period of 14 calendar days has expired, Pompeia Life will no longer accept returns.
In the event of wanting to desist from the purchase of a product, you must contact us by sending an email to email@example.com.
Terms to accept a return or withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
You must send the article to Pompeia Life no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal decision. The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. This implies that the seal of the product must not have been tampered with in any case. In addition, the articles must arrive at Pompeia Life protected in a different packaging from that of the product. For example, inside the Pompeia Life box. If not, Pompeia Life will inform your so that you, by your means, can pick the product up. In case you don't do so within 30 days, Pompeia Life will destroy the product.
Otherwise, if everything is correct after receiving and reviewing the articles, the corresponding amount will be returned through the same method used for payment within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
Both in case of withdrawal and an unjustified return, the shipping costs and the return costs are paid by the customer, so they will be subtracted from the corresponding refund. In case you had free shipping costs, Pompeia Life will subtract the shipping costs from the reimbursement (€ 6 in the case of shipments to mainland Spain and € 9 in the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands) as Pompeia Life initially assumed these costs.
In case of receiving a defective or different product to the one purchased, you must notify the error within 48 hours from the receipt of the order. Pompeia Life will offer you the possibility of returning the correct products as quickly as possible at no cost.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of oils, soaps or creams that have been manipulated or opened.
Steps to follow to make a return:

VERY IMPORTANT: Before returning anything please contact us to request the return, otherwise we will not be able to manage it.
Warnings for shippings abroad
For international orders there may be taxes, fees or duties that are not included in the total price and it is the customer's responsibility to satisfy these requirements. It is the customer who must inquire about the current legislation in the country of destination before placing an order with Pompeia Life. Pompeia Life reserves the right to demand from the customer any extraordinary expense that arises due to the customer's negligence when it comes to knowing the legislation of the own country, such as the costs of returning the package to Pompeia Life in case of being rejected in customs.
Shipments outside of Spain DO NOT include return costs in case the customer rejects or does not pick up the package. Pompeia Life will deduct that amount from the corresponding refund.
We do NOT ship to Russia.
